Council voted to name the annual Presidents' Leadership Academy after Brother Steven L. Miller ill64, former chairman and CEO of Shell Oil Company, and now a Triangle Education Foundation board member. Brother Miller and his wife Sheila have made a generous gift to the Foundation to ensure the future of this important resource for our active presidents.
We were also very happy to vote to present the Order of the Transit, Triangle's highest award for chapter service, to a respected alumnus who has been volunteering for his chapter for many years and has had a positive influence on many of the chapter's members. (In order to preserve the surprise, the identity of this brother will not be revealed here until the award has been presented.)
