Council held a telephone conference call on August 31. Strategic planning objectives regarding communications were approved.
In order to increase accountability of Council members, it was decided that the official minutes should include a record of each member's vote on a motion (unless the motion passed unanimously). Previously the minutes had just recorded "passed/failed", sometimes with a numeric tally.
